摘要：

由于液化气的组分复杂、易气化等特点,液化气动态计量一直是贸易计量工作的难点,而液化气科里奥利质量流量计就是针对液化气动态计量设计的计量器具。企业实际运用时,必须详细了解质量流量计的计量原理、要领以及选型原则和安装要点,并针对液化气的具体转输工艺条件,分析液化气各组分在其工艺条件下的饱和蒸气压,设计出一套满足自身企业液化气质量流量计计量原理的工艺流程,从而将科里奥利质量流量计成功运用到液化气动态贸易计量中。

Applying coriolis mass flowmeter to LPG trade measurements

Abstract: It is difficult to dynamically measure LPG in trade measurements because of the complex LPG components and its easy gasifying. And Coriolis mass flowmeter, as a specific measuring tool, provides a way to resolve dynamic LPG measurement. However in practice, the enterprise must design a set of suitable technical process to satisfy the principle requirements of its own LPG mass flowmeter on the basis of well understanding of its measurement principle, operation key points, type choice and installation key points, and deeply analyzing of the saturated vapor pressure of each component according to its specific transfer condition. Then the Coriolis mass flowmeter could be applied to the LPG trade measurement successfully.
