砝码质量修正值计算中的符号判定

摘要:

为了进一步加深对JJF99-2006《砝码》检定规程的理解和正确执行该检定规程,将代数正负号的判别应用到折算质量的计算公式中。针对JJF99-2006《砝码》检定规程中质量差值和折算质量差值的计算公式中的第二项,即由衡量仪器测量出来的被检砝码与标准砝码之间的质量差值前的+、-进行分析。根据/s的代数运算结果,对该项正、负号的选取进行分析、判定。提供了与规程中不同的判定方法供检定人员在工作中参考和使用。实践表明,该方法完全正确而且简单易行,提高了计算的正确性和运算效率。


Sign determinations in corrected weight mass value calculations

Abstract: In order to deeply understand JJG 99-2006 "Weight" and implement it rightly, the determination of algebra signs should be used into calculation formula of translation mass. The second part of the formula in JJG 99-2006 "Weight", which was about the mass difference and the translation mass difference, was analyzed, which means the plus and the minus sign expressing the mass difference between the test weight and the standard weight was analyzed. According to the result of ΔΙ/Ιs, the plus sign and the minus sign were chosen. The authors provided a different method from the verification regulation for the tester as reference in their work to determine the pluses and minuses. The practice results indicate that this method is easy and feasible and it can improve the accuracy and operation efficiency.
