声发射技术在防喷器检测中的应用

摘要:

声发射技术是20世纪60年代开始,目前逐步成熟的一种无损检测方法,它已被广泛地应用到压力容器检测和结构的完整性评价方面。文中对声发射技术在防喷器检测中的应用进行了研究与概述,并利用声发射检测技术的优势,成功为大量的在用防喷器建立使用状况表,为防喷器的继续使用和维修提供依据,最后提出了目前急需解决的问题和发展趋势。


Current state of acoustic emission technology for BOP test

Abstract: Acoustic emission technique is a progressively mature non-destructive testing method, which was started in 1960s. AET (acoustic emission test) has been widely used in the pressure vessel testing and the structural integrity evaluation. The current state of AET technology for BOP testing in China was introduced in this article. At present, the service condition list has been successfully established for many BOPs in use with the advantages of acoustic emission testing technology, which provides the consult basis for the continuous using of BOPs and their maintenances. At last, some challenging problems and developing tendency were also described.
