利尿类中药中四种微量元素的测定

摘要:

为了测定利尿类中药的微量元素的含量,找出微量元素的含量与利尿治疗的关系,对海金砂、茯苓、冬瓜皮、猪苓、石韦、泽泻、木通等利尿类中药采用湿法消解,并用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了锌、铁、铜和锰等4种微量元素含量。探讨利尿类中药中微量元素含量之间的关系,并对结果进行了准确度和精密度测定。本方法简单,精密度高,加标回收率在82.00%~112.0%之间,RSD 1.3%,结果令人满意。


Determination of four trace elements in Chinese medicines for inducing diuresis

Abstract: In order to determine the contents of trace elements in Chinese medicines for inducing diuresis, and to find out the relationship between trace elements and diuretic effects, lygodium, poria, white gourd peel, polyporus, folium pyrrosiae, rhizoma alismatis, mutong and other Chinese medicines for inducing diuresis were prepared by wet digestion. Then the contents of Zn, Fe, Cu, and Mn in those medicines were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The relationships between these trace elements in Chinese medicines for inducing diuresis were studied, and the accuracy and precision of the measurement results were studied too. The results indicate this method has the advantages of simplicity, high sensitivity and good accuracy. The recovery with standard addition is between 82.00%~112.0%, RSD<1.3%, and the results are satisfactory.
