辛辣蔬菜中有机磷农药残留测定方法的探讨

摘要:

采用GC2010日本岛津气相色谱仪、氮磷检测器(FTD),毛细管气相色谱法测定辛辣蔬菜中5种有机磷农药的残留量,并与Agilent 6890N气相色谱仪的FPD检测器测定结果进行了比较,实验证明,5种有机磷农药在岛津FTD上能够得到更好的分离,辛辣物质干扰减少,定性、定量更加准确。本方法检测限0.005mg/kg,加标范围0.005mg/kg~0.1mg/kg;回收率80%~110%之间,变异系数 5%,符合残留监控的要求。


Determination of organophosphorus residues in pungent vegetable

Abstract: Concentrations of five organophosphorus residues in pungent vegetable were determined by Shimazu 2010 gas chromatography (GC) with FTD and capillary column. And the analysis results were compared with those determined by Agilent 6890N GC also with FTD. The comparisons showed that these 5 residues could be better separated by the method using Shimazu 2010 GC with FTD, and this method had less pungent substance interference, as well as more accurate for qualitative and quantitative analyses. And it could conform to the requirements for residue measurements according to the following indicators: its LOD was 0.005mg/kg, the recoveries were from 80% to 110% when adding 0.005mg/kg~0.1mg/kg standards to the blank samples, and its variation coefficient was lower than 5%.
