摘要:

为了解决电动工具行业在应对RoHS测试中面临的测试样品量大、成本高等问题,根据大量的ED-XRF测试经验及数据统计,对电动工具的各个零部件进行了风险性评估。应用能量型X射线荧光光谱分析技术和原子吸收光谱技术进行样品的RoHS测试对比。实验表明了能量型X射线荧光光谱分析技术应用在RoHS筛选测试中所发挥的巨大作用及存在的不足。


Application of ED-XRF in RoHS screening test

Abstract: In order to resolve the problems of large amounts of samples and high cost in RoHS testing, we used a lot of ED-XRF testing experience and datas to evaluate the risk of the materials in power tools. Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry and Atomic Absorption Spectrometry were compared to test RoHS samples. The results showed the large contribution in RoHS screening testing and the disadvantage of Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry.
