高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在RoHS检测中的应用研究

摘要:

测试比较了四溴到十溴等十一种多溴二苯醚(PBDE)的紫外吸收强度,发现不仅含溴原子数相同的同分异构体质量响应因子相近,溴原子数相近的多溴二苯醚质量响应因子亦相近,据此提出针对RoHS检测中标准品不可得或标准品昂贵的现实,可以用同分异构体或溴原子数相近的同聚物标准品进行定量测试。以十溴二苯醚为标准,实际测量九溴二苯醚BDE206和BDE207,准确度分别为115%、99.3%,精密度小于2%。

Abstract: UV absorptions of eleven PBDEs from tetra-BDE to deca-BDE, were measurd and compared. The results showed that when the bromine numbers of PBDEs were equal or near, their mass response factors were alike. According to the above, congener reference materials with the same or near bromine number could be used as reference materials for PBDEs which were not available or expensive at present.e.g. Deca-BDE was used as reference material for nona-BDE (BDE-206 and BDE-207) determination, their accuracies were 115% and 99.3% respectively, and their RSDs were both less than 2%. And this method could be expected as a reference for PBDE screening researches with GC/MS and XRF.
