茶叶中氨基酸的测试方法概述

摘要:

在参阅1907年以来国内外关于茶叶氨基酸分析的180余篇文献的基础上,对茶叶中氨基酸的分析方法做了较系统的介绍,并针对茶叶氨基酸的特点,就茶叶样品的前处理方法(主要包括萃取法和浸提法)及目前常用的分析方法(主要包括氨基酸自动分析仪法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法等)进行了评述。


Overview of amino acid determinations for tea

Abstract: More than 180 literatures about amino acid determinations for tea since 1907 were reviewed,and those determining methods relating to amino acids in tea were systematically introduced.According to the features of amino acids in tea,those tea pretreatment methods mainly including extraction and lixiviation,and those popular determining methods mainly including automatic amino acid analyzer,high performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,etc.were described too.
