汽车发电机性能自动测试装置的研究与开发

摘要:

为严格测试汽车发电机性能,并匹配生产线的快速自动化生产,在对汽车发电机工作原理与性能测试深入分析的基础上,设计了由工控机、变频器、传动电机、电子负载等组成的机电一体化汽车交流发电机性能自动测试装置,实现发电机空载性能、负载性能及调节器性能测试。设计经典PID和模糊PID控制器快速调节发电机电压、电流和转速,提高了测试的快速性和稳定性,确保产品出厂质量。该装置已成功应用于德国、日本、伊朗等汽车电器生产企业。


Auto-testing equipment for automobile alternator's performance test

Abstract: In order to realize strict online performance test and match the fast automation production of automobile alternators,through thorough analysis on automobile alternators' working principle and performance test,an autote sting equipment was developed,which composed of industrial control computer,multifunctional data acquisition cards,transducer,servomotor and electronic loads.It could implements alternators' test items including no-load,load and adjustor performance test and so on.Traditional PID and fuzzy PID controllers were incorporated to regulate alternators' voltage,current and rotating speed so as to improve test rapidity and stability,which ensures the quality of output products.The equipment has been successfully applied to the automobile electric appliance production lines of Bosch,Hitachi and so on.
