摘要：

介绍了连续流动分析法测定水中总氮的过程,通过在线UV消化器,过硫酸钾被光分解为硫酸盐自由基。样品中无机和有机氮被硫酸盐自由基氧化为硝酸盐。硝酸盐被还原为亚硝酸盐,与磺胺/NEDD反应生成红色络合物在550nm下测定。此方法具有重现性好灵敏度高的特点。回收率为96%~103%相对标准偏差小于1.2%。

Determination of total nitride in water through on-line reaction of sulfanilamide/NEDD

Abstract: The process of total nitrie determination in water by on-line reaction was described in this paper.Persulphate was photo-degradated into kraft radical by on-line UV digestor,inorganic or/and organic nitride in sample was oxidated into nitrate by the kraft radical,and the nitrate would be reduced into nitrite.The red complex formed through reaction of nittrite and sulfanilamide/NEDD could be detected at 550nm.The recovery of this method is 96~103%,relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 1.2%,and its repeatability and sensitivity are very well.
