液相色谱法检测水中草甘膦残留量的研究

摘要:

建立了水中草甘膦残留量的高效液相色谱检测方法,方法采用柱前衍生,经阴离子交换色谱柱分离,以荧光检测器检测,并对该方法的准确性和精密度进行了试验,结果表明该方法快速、灵敏度高、精密度好。草甘膦的检出限为0.005 g/ml,各浓度水平的添加回收为85%~101%,变异系数为2.5%~4%。我国至今尚无测定草甘膦残留量的标准方法,该方法可靠、灵敏、简便可行,为制定国家标准分析方法提供依据。


Detection glyphosate residues in water by LC

Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatographic method is developed for determination of glyphodate in water.The sample are derived before column,and then separated with ion-exchange,at last glyphosate has been detected by the fluorescence detection.The method was proved to be rapid,sensitive and accurate.The limit of detection was 0.005 μg/ml,Mean recoveries were from 85% to 101%,and coefficients of variation were from 2.5% to 4%.At preset standard analysis method of glyphosate has not been studiedyet.Therefore,it is essential to find a reliable,sensitive and simple method for determination of glyphosate residue.The research can provide basis for constituting standard analysis methods.
