16种挥发性有害有机物混合标准气体研制

摘要:

采用称量法配制了异丁烷、二氯甲烷、苯等16种室内挥发性有害有机物的混合标准气体,各物质浓度为1ppm,平衡气为氮气。标准气体采用天平称量定值,通过实验室内和实验室间气相色谱法比对分析考察其配制准确性,并通过各物质浓度随时间及瓶内压力的变化考察了其浓度的均匀性和稳定性。结果表明我们研制生产的室内挥发性有害有机物混合标准气体量值准确,均匀性、稳定性好,各项技术指标满足国家对二级标准物质的要求。


Preparation of 16 hazardous VOCs standard mixture

Abstract: 1ppm Hazardous VOCs standard mixture containing 16 compounds such as i-butane,dichloromethane, benzene,etc.in UHP nitrogen was prepared by gravimetric method. The results of GC analysis and the compare among these results of few laboratories were used to confirm the accuracy of the gravimetric preparation. Relationships between time or pressure and uniformity or stability were also investigated. Thess results indicated that concentrations of those mixture compounds in cylinder are accuracy,uniform and stable,which can fulfill requirements of Warrant Reference Materials (WRM) absolutely.
