直流偏磁下变压器的铁心损耗分析研究

摘要:

为研究500 kV变压器在直流偏磁下的铁心损耗,基于二维有限元瞬态场A-算法构造直流偏磁状态下的变压器二维仿真损耗模型,并通过仿真施加偏磁直流量,获得直流偏磁状态下的500 kV变压器铁心损耗分布。结果分析表明:随着偏磁直流量的增加,励磁电流会产生畸变和较大的偶次谐波,并导致变压器铁心局部损耗增大,铁心主轭与旁轭交接区域受到直流偏磁的影响最严重。


Analysis of core loss in the transformer under the direct current bias

Abstract: In order to study the core loss of the 500 kV transformer under the direct current bias,a two-dimension simulation model of the core loss for the power transformer was constructed in this paper, based on a A-φ method of two-dimension finite element transient field under the direct current bias. In this model, the distribution of core loss in different core routes of the 500 kV transformer could be simulated with adding the bias current. The experiment results show that with the increase of the bias current, the excitation current produces distortion and large harmonic loss inside the core, and the core main yoke and the core side yoke under the influence of direct current bias are the most serious.
