居室照明环境光污染现状及标准研究

摘要:

为更好地控制居室照明环境中光污染,开展室内环境照明质量及光源质量相关标准研究,涉及参数包括照度、照度均匀度、光源颜色、光源频闪、电磁辐射、光辐射生物安全等,同时还研究居室内主要光污染及其存在水平。结果显示:我国居室内照度,尤其是操作照明标准和水平较低,均匀性较差;光源标称色温的相对误差为0.03%~16.48%,显色指数低于80的光源可达55.6%;光源频闪广泛存在;光辐射生物安全与光源的相对色温紧密相关。基于此,对居室内照明环境的照度及其均匀度和光源使用的标准要求提出建议,以期为居室内环境光污染控制标准制定提供参考。


Study on the current situation and standards about light pollutions in houses

Abstract: In order to reduce light pollutions in houses in a more effective way, standards relating quality of lighting and light quality in house was reviewed, including illuminance, uniformity of illuminance, light color, light flickering, electromagnetic radiation, photobiological safety, etc., and the primary light pollutions in houses and existing levels were also studied. The study results show that the level of illuminance in house of our country, especially that operation lighting standard and level are relatively lower, even the uniformity is also low. The relative error of nominal color temperature of the light is 0.03%-16.48%, and for the light with CRI (color rendering index) less than 80, it is more than 55.6%; Light flickering widely exists, and the photobiological safety is more dependent on the relative color temperature of the light. Based on the above, the illuminance standards on illuminance and illuminance uniformity and light are recommended, so as to provide reference for the preparation of environmental light pollutions in houses.
