基于海试的水下立式采油树安装测试技术研究

摘要:

为促进水下立式采油树国产化进程,以水下立式采油树样机海试安装测试关键技术为重点展开研究。基于水下立式采油树的结构特点、下放安装方式和测试方法,结合国内外研究现状和现有相关行业标准,提出适用于水下立式采油树海试的安装测试流程;设计无防喷器、无隔水管的新安装测试方案,并制定海试作业操作流程,阐述具体的安装测试方法。该新方案可简化安装测试过程,节约海试成本,可专门服务于海试安装测试,为国内水下立式采油树以及相关水下生产设备的海试作业提供参考。


Study on installation and testing technologies of the subsea vertical tree based on sea trial

Abstract: In order to promote the localization process of the subsea vertical tree,a study which was focused on the key installation and test technology of sea test of subsea vertical tree prototype was conducted. Firstly,based on its structural features,laying installation mode and test method and in combination with research status at home and abroad and existing related industrial standards,an installation and test process that was applicable to the sea trail of subsea vertical tree was proposed. Besides,on the basis of the process of this sea test,a new installation and test plan without blowout preventer and marine riser was designed,and operation process of sea test was prepared, and concrete installation and test method was elaborated. The new plan can simplify installation and test process,which makes operation straightforward and sea trail cost reduced,thus it can specially serve to the installation and test of sea test. The investigation of this article may provide a reference for the sea trail operation of domestic subsea vertical tree and related subsea production equipment.
