航空GH2036合金硬度热处理优化及疲劳性能DIC分析

摘要:

为探究热处理工艺参数对GH2036合金硬度及疲劳性能的影响,基于四因素三水平正交热处理实验,对GH2036铁基高温合金的硬度性能进行优化,并分析热处理后的显微组织;同时利用疲劳实验与DIC(digital image correlation)非接触全场应变测量相结合的方法,利用Y方向应变-疲劳寿命比的云图,直观地分析热处理后GH2036合金疲劳失效过程。结果表明:固溶温度对合金硬度性能的影响最大,其次是固溶时间、时效时间、时效温度,极差分析所得的最优热处理工艺为960 ℃/60 min+水冷+560 ℃/2 h;正交试验中最高显微维氏硬度(HV305.34)较未处理试样(HV260.41)提高17.3%;热处理后金相组织基体为奥氏体,增强相为第二相碳化物,显微硬度值随着奥氏体中的第二相碳化物含量的增加而升高;热处理后平均疲劳寿命(942 372次循环)较未处理试样(450 800次循环)提高109%,疲劳性能明显优化。


Hardness optimization and DIC-based fatigue performance analysis of aeronautical alloy GH2036 after heat treatment

Abstract: In order to study the effect of heat treatment process parameters on hardness and fatigue performances of GH2036 alloy, based on the four-factor and three-level orthogonal heat treatment experiment, the hardness optimization of GH2036 iron-based alloy with heat treatment was carried out, and the microstructures after heat treatment were observed and analyzed. Meanwhile, the fatigue performance and failure process of GH2036 alloy after heat treatment was directly analyzed by the combination of the fatigue testing and the digital image correlation (DIC), non-contact full field strain measurement technique, using the strain-fatigue life ratio cloud of Y direction. The results show that, the most important factor that influences the hardness property of alloy is solution temperature, followed by solution time, aging time and aging temperature. By using of range analysis, the best optimized heat treatment scheme is 960 ℃/60 min + water cooling + 560 ℃/2 h; the maximum micro Vickers hardness (HV305.34) is improved by 17.3% compared with that of the non-heated specimen (HV260.41) in the orthogonal experiments; after the heat treatment, the microstructure of GH2036 alloy matrix is austenite and the enhanced phase is the second phase carbide, and micro-hardness value increases with the augmentation of the second phase carbide content in austenite; fatigue life of GH2036 alloy with heat treatment (942 372 cycles) improves by 109% compared with that of specimen without heat treatment (450 800 cycles), which shows a great improvement in fatigue performance.
