摘要:

2019年末武汉爆发新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)引起的新型肺炎,由WHO命名为COVID-19。由于2019-nCoV是新发病毒,因此可用的诊断工具非常少,已表明2019-nCoV比SARS-CoV和MERS-CoV的传染性更强,并且COVID-19在短时间内发病数增加迅速,蔓延全球。因此,该文依照文献调研及引文分析方式,对COVID-19的诊断方法进行介绍,同时将其与SARS、MERS患者的临床特征及诊断技术对比,对该疾病的精准临床诊断提供参考,有利于新型冠状病毒肺炎的早期控制并及时有效治疗。

Abstract: From the late 2019, a new type of pneumonia, named as COVID-19 by WHO, caused by a novel coro-navirus (2019-nCoV) occurs in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Since 2019-nCoV is a novel virus, there are few diagnostic tools available. It is shown that 2019-nCoV is more infectious than SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV, and the number of its onset has increased rapidly in a short period of time over the world. Therefore, by performing literature study and citation analysis, this review introduces the diagnosis methods for COVID-19 and compares the clinical features and diagnostic techniques of COVID-19 with those of SARS and MERS, so as to offer suggestion to the accurate clinical diagnosis of this disease, which is beneficial to the early control and the timely effective treatment of COVID-19.
