摘要:

宁夏地区地形复杂,易发生沙尘暴和雾霾等极端恶劣天气,造成换流站内绝缘子积污,导致其电气性能下降,威胁换流站的安全运行。为研究宁夏地区换流站内绝缘子的积污特性,对换流站内绝缘子的污秽进行现场测试,并建立换流站内典型交直流绝缘子的三维仿真模型,分析直流穿墙套管和交流电流互感器伞裙附近污秽物颗粒运动轨迹,从而获得宁夏地区换流站用绝缘子的污秽度及其分布规律。研究结果表明:穿墙套管积污受电场影响较大,套管沿串呈现U型分布;垂直放置的支柱类绝缘设备沿串的污秽度受电场影响较小,污秽分布比较平均;在同一支柱上,小伞裙的污秽度高于大伞裙的污秽度;伞间距小的支柱绝缘子,污秽容易积累在伞裙之间,导致污秽度高。


Study on contamination characteristics of insulator used in converter station of Ningxia

Abstract: Ningxia is prone to extreme weather such as sandstorm and haze due to its complex terrain, strong wind and heavy sand, which causes pollution on insulators in converter stations, resulting in the decline of their electrical performance and threatening the safe operation of converter stations. In order to study the pollution characteristics of insulators in converter stations in Ningxia region, this paper carried out field tests on pollution of insulators in converter stations, established a three-dimensional simulation model of typical AC and DC insulators in converter stations, and analyzed the movement trajectory of pollution particles near the DC wall bushing and AC current transformer umbrella skirts. Thus the pollution degree and distribution law of insulators used in converter stations in Ningxia region are obtained. The results show that the pollution accumulation of the casing through the wall is greatly affected by the electric field, and the casing presents a U-shaped distribution along the string. The pollution degree of vertically placed stanchion insulation equipment along the string is less affected by the electric field and the pollution distribution is relatively average. On the same prop, the pollution degree of small umbrella skirt is higher than that of big umbrella skirt. The post insulators with small umbrella spacing tend to accumulate pollution between umbrella skirts, resulting in high pollution degree.
