摘要:
由于电动汽车采用固定速比减速器,驱动电机很难同时满足车辆的爬坡性能和最高车速要求,因此设计开发了行星齿轮两档变速器。利用ADVISOR软件建立行星齿轮两档变速器的纯电动汽车仿真模型,然后选择CYC_ECE_EUDC_LOW循环工况,对纯电动汽车性能进行仿真。结果表明:行星齿轮两档变速器的纯电动汽车能够满足我国纯电动汽车动力性要求,且电机大部分工作在高效率区域,为电动汽车的设计和参数选取提供理论依据。
Simulation of electric vehicle's performance with planetary gear two-speed transmission

Abstract: Since higher request was put forward to the motor of the electric vehicle with a fixed speed ratio reducer and it is difficult to meet the performance requirements of gradeability and maximum speed, planetary gear two-speed transmission was designed and developed. By use of ADVISOR software, a simulation model of the electric vehicle is established with planetary gear two-speed transmission and selecting the CYC_ECE_EUDC_LOW cycle, and the electric vehicle's performance was simulated. Simulation results show electric vehicles with planetary gear two-speed transmission can meet requirements for electric vehicle's dynamic performance of the country. Furthermore, the motor can mainly work in the high efficiency region. These conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the design and parameter selection of electric vehicle.
